Allo Kurdistan Privacy Policy

Allo Kurdistan (formerly Allo Doctors) is a directory app for the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It lists businesses, services and doctors, with their addresses, phone numbers, locations and photos. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Browsing without an account

You can browse the directory, search, view profiles, watch videos and see offers without creating an account.

Information you give us when you create an account

• Full name
• Phone number
• Password (used only to sign you in)

Content you create

If you rate or comment on a doctor or a business, your rating, your comment and your name are stored and shown to other users of the app. Profiles you save as favourites are stored with your account.

Your city and language

The city and language you choose are saved on your device only, to show you the right listings.

Push notifications

If you allow notifications, the app uses OneSignal (onesignal.com) to send them. OneSignal receives a device push token and basic device information for this purpose only. See OneSignal's privacy policy for details.

How we use information

Only to provide the app's features: signing in, favourites, ratings and comments, and sending notifications. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Business and doctor listings

Information about businesses and doctors in the app (names, addresses, phone numbers, social media links, locations and logos) is publicly available business information, collected from the businesses' own public pages and public maps. If you own a listed business and want something corrected or removed, contact us.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to More ▸ Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, your ratings, your comments and your favourites from our servers. You can also ask us to delete it by emailing support@allodoctoriq.com from the contact details on your account.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
